This site sells personalized gingerbread-style Christmas ornaments, 3D-printed in PLA with customer-chosen names, under the Sabai3D brand.

Prices and ordering

• Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and may include applicable discounts or coupon codes at checkout.
• Shipping within Thailand follows the shop offer (currently: FREE EMS shipping throughout Thailand).
• When you place an order it is submitted for manual review first — no payment is required at that step.

Approval and payment

• After approval we email PromptPay payment instructions with a QR code.
• The exact transfer amount may be adjusted slightly downward from the order total so we can match payments to orders. Please transfer the exact amount shown in the QR.
• Production begins only after we confirm payment.

Production and delivery

Made to order after payment — usually a few days to produce. Then Thailand Post EMS: often 1–2 days in Bangkok, longer upcountry.

Delivery is within Thailand via the shop’s configured service (Thailand Post EMS).

Personalized products

• Names are printed as you enter them — please check spelling before placing the order.
• Minor variations from 3D printing and PLA materials are normal.

Cancellation, refunds, damage & errors

• Before approval or payment you may request cancellation via Messenger or the contact form.
• Custom-name items may have limited return options when the shop is not at fault — but this does not waive Thai consumer-protection rights for defective goods, misdescription, or similar statutory remedies.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect (wrong design/name), contact us promptly with evidence; we will repair, remake, or refund as appropriate.
